How to use this app

The menu

In this app, you will find a few different sections, depending on how you are feeling. 

If those sections are not one of the main sections listed on our homepage, simply tap on the 3 lines at the top left, and select the type of recording you'd like to hear


When you find a relaxation recording that you particularly like, you can add it to your list of favourites, so you can easily and quickly get back to it again. Just click on the bookmark icon at the top right, when you're in that specific recording. It will be added to your favourites.

Getting back to your favourites

When you want to come back to the list of your favourites,  make sure you are not currently on a page with a recording (such as the homepage).  Then there will be a heart instead of the bookmark icon at the top right of your screen. Tap on that, and the list of all your favourite recordings will be right there. Easy.
